Customize an Existing CHATA Hat Form
Select one of CHATA’s existing straw hat forms and customize the size, brim, crown, color, underbrim fabric, chin cord, logo, labels, hangtags and export packaging.
Natural Seagrass Material
CHATA specializes in handwoven hats made from natural seagrass sourced in Vietnam. The material is prepared and woven by skilled local artisans using traditional techniques.
Because seagrass is a natural material and each hat is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture and weave may occur. These natural variations are part of the authentic character of handcrafted straw hats.

Hat Shape & Dimensions
Customize the crown shape and height, brim shape and width, head circumference, and sizes for adults or children.
Underbrim & Color
Choose a natural finish, custom-dyed color, solid underbrim fabric or custom printed underbrim, subject to material and sample approval.
Branding & Private Label
Add woven or printed logo patches, main labels, care labels, custom hangtags, barcodes and SKU labels.
Components & Packaging
Customize chin cords, wooden beads, sweatbands, hatbands, individual polybags, inner packs and export cartons.
Our Custom Manufacturing Process
1. Requirement Review
Send us your physical sample, product images, tech pack or preferred CHATA hat form, together with your specifications and target quantity.
2. Quotation & Planning
We review the construction, materials, customization and packaging before confirming feasibility, MOQ, estimated pricing and lead time.
3. Sample Development
An initial sample is developed for your review. Adjustments are made as required before the final sample and production details are approved.
4. Handweaving & Production
Natural seagrass is prepared and handwoven by skilled artisans. The hats are then shaped, trimmed and finished according to the approved sample.
5. Quality Inspection
Quality checks are conducted during production and before packing, including hat shape, dimensions, weaving, workmanship, components, labels and cleanliness.
6. Packing & Export
Finished hats are packed according to the approved requirements and prepared for international shipment under the agreed shipping terms.

Yes. Available options may include solid-color fabric, custom printed fabric and sublimation-printed designs, subject to artwork, material availability and sample approval.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the hat style, materials, colors, components and level of customization. Please send us your product requirements and target quantity for an accurate evaluation.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
The timeline depends on product complexity, material availability, sample revisions and order quantity. The estimated sampling and production schedule will be confirmed after we review your requirements.
